
A casserole is the perfect dish to make when you have leftovers and a few ingredients left in the fridge that the whole family will love.
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 ounces of medium egg noodles, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil
- 2 cups of chopped cooked ham
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 (10-3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup of milk
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook noodles according to package, drain.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook the ham and vegetables for 5 minutes. Stirring often.
- Remove from heat and stir in soup, sour cream, cheese, milk, and noodles.
- Spoon into a lightly greased 1-1/2-quart baking dish.
- Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with more cheese if desired. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
