
Pot Pies are the ultimate comfort food! And using just the leftovers from the holidays, you can whip up a quick and delicious dish that everyone is going to be excited for!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cups of leftover turkey, cup-up
- 2 cups of leftover veggies
- 2 1/2 cups of gravy
- 1/4 Tsp onion powder (or garlic salt)
- 1/4 Tsp black pepper
- 1 (15 ounce) package of refrigerated folded pie crusts (2 crusts)
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, except the crust. Mix well.
- Unfold one pie crust and place in a 9-inch pie plate, pressing firmly into place. Spoon turkey mixture into crust.
- Unfold the second pie crust and place over turkey mixture. Pinch together the edges and trim to seal the edges. Flute if desired.
- With a knife, cut four 1-inch slits on the top of the pie. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until crust is golden. Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
