
Everyone loves a good sugar cookie, but they’re usually bought from a store because they’re so big and fluffy. Now you can make your own delicious, fluffy, best-sugar-cookie-ever sugar cookies! You simply can’t go wrong with these, they’re so good.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 6 Tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup and 2 Tbsp of sugar
- 6 Tbsp of powdered sugar
- 1 Tbsp of water
- 1 egg
- 1/4 Tsp of baking soda
- 1/4 Tsp of cream of tarter
- 1/2 Tsp of salt
- 2 3/4 cup of flour
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cream together butter, vegetable oil, sugar, powdered sugar, water, and egg.
- Combine flour, baking soda, cream of tarter, and salt and slowly add the butter mixture. Mixture will be a little crumbly and not sticky.
- Roll dough into balls and place on cookie sheet.
- Put some sugar on a small plate and stick the bottom of a glass in it.
- Firmly press it onto the cookie balls until the dough spills out of the sides of the glass.
- Bake cookies at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Let them cool completely before storing.
